After coming here for only a couple visits my neck pain has significantly decreased. I no longer wake up with horrible neck pain thanks to renew wellness. The staff is very welcoming and great.

I started going to ReNew Health and Wellness I had nuness on my left arm and left leg. I took one treatment and my pain relieved some. After 2 month I don't do not feel any more pain and the nuness is going. I highly recommend Dr Mike. You won't regret it. The staff is very friendly!

I was in a really bad car accident which knock my alignment completely off. Went through physical therapy with two different practices to relieve the numbness I was experiencing in my extremities that kept me up at night. I found Dr.Genslinger on Facebook by chance and decided to give him a call. He listened to my concerns and started my treatment. As a result I begin to feel relief and gradually the numbness subsided. I would recommend his practice to anyone that is looking for relief or an adjustment. Ellie, Dr. Genslinger’s assistant is great also! Wonderful service.

I had a major foot pain for 2 months been to 3 or 4 doctors like silver cross, wound care, st Joseph and immediate physician they did x-rays everything found nothing and they all told me the same thing put ice on it and sent me on my way. So I Google and found renew health and wellness Dr genslinger is a awesome Dr he found out what the issue was in minutes and had me pretty much healed the same day I kid you not👍👍👍👍I only got two thumbs but I'm definitely giving him 4 thumbs up I HIGHLY recommend him and renew health and wellness in Naperville IL they are great his nurse is great and they will work with you financially wise. Dr. Genslinger and his staff are highly professional, caring and effective. I have a pinched L4-L5 disc that is causing pain. I’ve had previous surgery and injections that were effective for a couple years but pain has returned. Dr. Mike’s non-surgical approach is working well and has relieved my pain. I highly recommend Renew Health and Wellness.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mike for years for chiropractic. He is the more knowledgeable and compassionate provider I have ever encountered. He really cares and spends time in executing treatment.

It’s only my 2nd week and my pain level has already dropped so much! I’m on my feet for 10-12 hours in a warehouse environment and popped ibuprofen quite often. I haven’t taken any this week! I can’t wait for more improvements in my mobility! I finally feel hope.

I recently fell and injured my rib. Renee was recommended to me by a dear friend. Dr Mike was wonderful. He adjusted me and performed two rounds of red light therapy and my rib was cured!!! I’m recommending him to all of my friends and family!!

Fairly early in the process, I’ve begun to receive relief for the issue. I have been attending sessions for looking forward to continue therapy.

Thank you to Dr. Genslinger DC for helping me with my lodged stiff neck pain. On a scale from 1 to 10, the pain was at an 8. I suffered from terrible pain, insomnia, headaches, nausea, plugged right ear, numbness in my feet and hands. Medications like muscle relaxers, pain management, steroids, sleep aids just didn't help. Miraculously by the grace of God, I saw an ad on Facebook for $21 assessment, x-rays, adjustment, and next steps. I was able to get an appointment quickly at his clinic. I am a couple weeks into my treatment and feel such great relief. I am able to sleep through the night. My headaches and other symptoms are diminishing. He is very conscious and gentle to go gradual with the adjustments. I still have a lot of work ahead of me but I am confident that I will recover because of his help.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Walked me thru the process and has helped me get back on my feet from a bulging L5 disc and walking normal again. I particularly liked that there was no quick fix promise and was told upfront it would require a few treatments to get better.

Dr. Genslinger is very kind and compassionate. I have been seeing him for two months and am gaining more flexibility and having less pain. He listens to my concerns and adjusts my treatment plan as necessary.

Dr. Mike and staff have been so great! I came in 3 months ago with chronic neck pain that had been going on for over 6 months, plus limitations on my neck movements. After following his treatment plan, I am now at a point where there are consecutive days with no pain and my range of motion is back. The friendliness of everyone in this office and flexibility with making appointments has been amazing as well!

Been seeing Chyro docs on amd off for years. They all just adjust you and send you on your way. Found Dr Genslinger and after a couple months i was out running again. He took time to diagnose and specifically treat. I felt heard.

I went to Dr Genslinger about 3 years ago to help with an upper back issue. At that time I was very skeptical of Chiropractors. Not anymore. He obviously knows what he is doing. His practice is very professional and flexible with appointments. I have started seeing Dr Genslinger again for another issue and after a couple weeks I can already see I am on my way to recovery once again.

Dr. Genslinger and his staff were the best help. I pinched a nerve in my back and the ease of setting the appointment up online and getting me in the same day was fantastic. Upon the first visit he came up with a plan to help me get back on my feet. They were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. From appointment reminders to the flexibility with scheduling. If it wasn’t for Dr. Genslinger I wouldn’t be back at work and feeling better. Thank you so much Doc.

I have been seeing Dr. Genslinger for the sensory neuropathy in my legs (mild -moderate level), and I am so impressed by his thoroughness and the treatments I’ve received. I’ve been using the Anodyne (light therapy) & the nerve rebuilder (like a nerve pacemaker) since March 2023, and have had marked improvement. I’ve cut my neuropathy meds. in half and have had significant increase in function and circulation in both legs. By 12% as of August 10, 2023. Just a few short months. I am so grateful to him and his team for All they’ve done for me!

Dr Mike and staff are incredible. I wish I had found Dr Mike earlier rather than just dealing with my chronic lower back pain. Within a few visits my back pain had been reduced and feeling much better

So far, so good on the neuropathy program. I’ve been on the program a few months now and starting to notice small things like more stability on my feet while walking through a grassy yard, or closing my eyes in the shower to wash my hair. Not feeling like I have to touch the wall in the shower to balance/stable myself. Have a ways to go but starting out in the right direction for the first few months. People are very nice and there to answer questions. Give it a try!

I have severe neuropathy on my feet and had concerns of losing my fingers or feet. I accepted the treatment and bought the equipment about 5 months ago. The results are a blessing as every day I feel less and less numbness. I feel my feet are getting more sensitivity little by little. I look forward to defeating this decease in a few months. Prior to coming here I had trouble with my balance and every year for three years in a row during the winter I would slip on the ice and end up injuring my knees and end up on crutches for a few months along with backpain from the fall. Since I've been coming for a little over a year I haven't fallen since I had started coming and my backpain has gone away. The staff there is very kind and welcoming and I am very thankful their help. So if you need a chiropractor they are in my opinion a great choice.
Update: It has been 5 years since I wrote this review originally and I no longer go to Dr Genslinger however the work he did back then has stuck and I haven't fallen or slipped like used to since. So again I will say amazing and wonderful chiropractor and worth going to check out.

During my appointments, Dr. Genslinger is always timely, friendly, and very focused on my needs and the progress I am making. He is always able to answer any questions I may have. The best thing is the results I have experience with my treatments! Since I began going to Dr. Genslinger, I have noticed measurable improvements in my overall health as well.

It has been 4 months of treatment for my neuropathy issues. I have achieved 50% return of my lost nerve activity in my feet. I am able to go up and down stairs without trouble. I had serious balance issues previously. Pain/discomfort reduced significantly! I run 3-4 times per week up to 3 miles at a time. 1 mile was beyond me just a couple months back!
I do recommend that you explore the program here...they are all very nice and caring people. Their new facility is bright and comfortable.

I’m ecstatic! I just finished the 1st 90 days of the neuropathy program and I had almost a 50% improvement of nerve damage in both of my feet! I had almost given up hope, thinking that I would never be able to walk in a straight line or only be destined for a wheelchair for the rest of my life. My husband found Dr Mike after hours of searching. I had been to a podiatrist who only worried about my arches not my declining ability to walk. I had been to a neurologist who did all the testing but then only prescribed medication 4 100 mg per day, then 4 300 mg per day, then 4 600 mg per day but never dealt with the pain or problems of neuropathy. I had just been to Dr Mike and started the program when the neurologist told me he wanted to increase my dosage. That did it for me! I slowly weaned myself off that medication for sure. I truly am looking forward to seeing what other results are forthcoming by following this plan to the end. For those who may think that this is too good to be true, I want you to know that it has been a lifesaver for me. I want to recommend this program to any sufferer that I meet, May they experience a better future like I now have.

Dr. Mike was a diamond in the rough, at time when I needed someone with his expertise. I could not turn my head, but when I tried, the pain in my neck was excruciating. I found Dr. Mike on Google, called his office and had an appointment within an hour. He X-rayed my neck and saw there were disks pressing against each other. He immediately began treatment and when I left his office, I could move my head left and right. I continue to see Dr. Mike every few weeks to ensure his treatments keep me moving in a normal manner.
I respect this chiropractor and his knowledge, but always has time to answer questions for his patients. I would recommend this doctor and his practice to anyone needing his services.

My mom has been coming here for months now, she’s seen great improvement with her neuropathy treatment ! She had almost lost all feeling in her feet, and Dr. Genslinger helped her get it back. I had terrible sciatic pain from my butt down to my lower leg and everywhere in-between, standing for more than 15 minutes was difficult, sitting wasn't much better. After seeing Dr. Mike the pain is nearly all gone and I can stand all day without problems. I am still recieving treatments and expect a full recovery. Dr. Mike and the staff here are Awesome! Dr Genslinger and the DuPage Family Chiropractic office do absolutely fantastic work. I have been a patient now for the better part of a year. While I initially was seen 3 times a week, I have been able to slowly lessen that until my now every other week appointment. Just today I realized I cannot remember the last time back pain woke me up or hindered me. I came to Dr. Mike shaking practically in tears from pain. I suffer from migraines, but this one ran down my neck and down my back. I called on a Friday morning and was blessed with an appointment that very day. Dr. Mike did some safe manipulations and the excruciating pain subsided shortly after that same day. I found I have age related degenerative discs in a couple of places, I am 64. Since going my frequent migraines have occurred less, I have not had that pain going down my neck. I have to wash my hair in the sink because I can't get water in my ears. But bending my neck in that position was unbearably uncomfortable. I'm happy to say after a few months it is a lot better. When you realize your spine is the nerve center to your brain, it really makes sense to keep that in the best possible alignment possible. I highly recommend Dr. Mike. He is compassionate and caring.
